SHIPPING POLICY

At Nemishop, operated by CALVIN LAVELLIA JR WHITE LLC, we are dedicated to delivering your fashion orders quickly and securely. We focus exclusively on serving our community within the United States to ensure the highest quality of service.

1. SHIPPING TERRITORY & CARRIERS

We currently offer shipping services exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

To ensure reliable domestic delivery, we partner with:

• USPS (United States Postal Service)
• UPS (United Parcel Service)
• FedEx

2. SHIPPING COST

Flat Rate Shipping: We charge a consistent flat fee of $6.99 for all orders within the United States. All shipping costs are clearly calculated and displayed at the final checkout screen.

3. FULFILLMENT & TRANSIT TIMELINE

Our shipping operations run from Monday to Friday (excluding U.S. Federal Holidays).

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

As soon as your package leaves our Dallas facility, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s portal (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

5. ADDRESS ACCURACY

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Please verify your details before finalizing your order. If you detect an error, contact us within 12 hours at [email protected]. We cannot redirect packages once they have been processed or shipped.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

While we take every precaution, Nemishop is not liable for packages lost or stolen after they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the package so we can initiate a claim and send a replacement.
