You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this 30-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be attached and intact.
• Items must be free of stains (makeup, deodorant), odors (perfume, smoke), or signs of wear.

5. HOW TO START A RETURN

1. Email [email protected] with your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Our team will provide you with the return shipping address for our facility in Memphis, Tennessee.
3. Ship the package using a trackable shipping service of your choice.

6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email [email protected] with clear photos of the issue, and we will provide a pre-paid label and a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
