1. GENERAL & ORDERING

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Simply browse our collections, select your desired size and color, and click "Add to Cart." When you’re ready, head to the checkout page, enter your shipping details, and choose your preferred payment method.

Q: Do I need an account to shop?

A: No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders faster and save your style preferences for next time.

Q: Can I see my order history?

A: Yes! If you created an account, just log in and visit your "Order History" tab to see all past and current purchases.

2. PAYMENTS

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major international cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, ELO, JCB, and UnionPay. We also support secure payments via PayPal, Stripe, and Airwallex.

Q: Is my payment information secure?

A: Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your data. Nemishop does not store your credit card or payment information on our servers.

Q: When will I be charged for my order?

A: Your payment method will be charged immediately upon order confirmation at the checkout.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders within the United States.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

- Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days.

- Transit Time: 2 – 5 business days.

- Total: You can expect your package within 3 – 7 business days.

Q: How can I track my package?

A: Once your order ships, we will email you a Tracking Number and a link to the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

4. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to request a change or cancellation. Please email [email protected] immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified.

Q: I entered the wrong shipping address! What should I do?

A: Contact us within 12 hours. We can update the address as long as the shipping label hasn't been printed yet.

Q: What if I received an incorrect item?

A: We are so sorry! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will send you the correct replacement at no extra cost.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.

Q: Do you charge a restocking fee?

A: No. At Nemishop, we have a $0 restocking fee policy.

Q: How long does it take to get a refund?

A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. It typically takes 5 – 7 business days for the funds to appear in your original payment method.

Q: How do I know which size to pick?

A: Each product page includes a Size Guide. We recommend checking your measurements against our chart, as sizes may vary slightly between different styles.

Q: Why does the color of the dress look slightly different than the photo?

A: We do our best to display colors accurately. However, colors may vary slightly due to studio lighting or your device’s screen settings.

Q: What materials do you use?

A: We use a variety of high-quality fabrics, from breathable cotton to elegant silks. Material details are listed in the "Product Description" section of each item.
