ORDER CANCELLATION & CHANGES

Effective Date: April 10, 2026

At Nemishop, we pride ourselves on our efficient fulfillment process. Because we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, the window for cancellations or modifications is very brief.

Please Note: Nemishop currently only accepts and ships orders within the United States.

1. PROCESSING TIMELINE

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday.
  • Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days.

Orders are transmitted to our Dallas fulfillment center immediately after the daily cut-off. Once an order status is marked as "Processing" or "Shipped," we are unable to intercept it for changes.

2. CANCELLATION REQUESTS

You may request a full cancellation within 12 hours of your purchase.

  • How to Request: Email [email protected] with the subject: "URGENT CANCELLATION: Order #[Your Order Number]".
  • Refunds: If approved, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or PayPal) within 3-5 business days.

3. MODIFYING YOUR ORDER

If you need to change a size, color, or quantity, please contact us within the 12-hour window.

  • We can only modify orders that have not yet been fulfilled.
  • If the requested change results in a price difference, we will either provide a secure payment link or refund the surplus to your original card.

4. SHIPPING ADDRESS CORRECTIONS

We can only update shipping addresses before the shipping label is generated.

  • Strict Policy: We only ship to valid U.S. addresses. We cannot change a shipping address to a different state if it triggers our fraud prevention system.
  • Nemishop is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. SHIPPED ORDERS & TRANSIT

Once your package is with our domestic carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx):

  • The order cannot be canceled or redirected.
  • If you no longer want the items, please wait for delivery and follow our Return Policy.

6. STOCK AVAILABILITY

In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you immediately. You will be offered a choice between a replacement item or a full immediate refund for the out-of-stock product.
