1. OUR STAND AGAINST INFRINGEMENT

We strictly prohibit the listing or sale of counterfeit items or unauthorized copyrighted material on our platform. As a legitimate business based in Memphis, Tennessee, we take immediate action against any reported infringement to protect the rights of original creators.

2. SUBMITTING A CLAIM

If you believe your IP rights (Copyright, Trademark, or Patent) have been violated on nemishop.com, please provide our compliance team with a formal notice containing:

• Proof of Ownership: Trademark/Copyright registration or evidence of original creation.
• Infringement Location: The specific URL(s) on our site where the material appears.
• Contact Information: Your legal name, business address, and contact number.
• Good Faith Statement: A declaration that you believe the use of the material is unauthorized.

3. PROTECTION OF NEMISHOP CONTENT

Nemishop invests heavily in creating original content. All product photography, unique descriptions, website code, and the Nemishop logo are the exclusive property of CALVIN LAVELLIA JR WHITE LLC.

Unauthorized reproduction of our images or text for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and will be met with legal action to protect our brand's authenticity.

4. ACTIONS TAKEN

Upon verification of a valid claim, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the infringing content within 3-5 business days.
