Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable logistics partners, including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services, to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  • Processing days: Monday through Friday, based on Eastern Standard Time (EST, GMT-05:00, New York).
  • Cut-off time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
  • Business days exclude U.S. federal holidays observed by the Post Office.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships.
  • Tracking updates may take 3–7 business days to appear after the carrier receives the package.
  • If tracking does not update immediately, please allow time for the carrier to scan your parcel.
  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance.

Personalized & Customized Orders

Customized or personalized items may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the design. Please allow extra days for production before shipment.

Incorrect Address Policy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays.
  • If an order is returned due to an invalid address, it may be disposed of by the carrier, and we cannot be held responsible.
  • Re-shipping fees will apply if you request the order to be resent.
  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if forwarding or redirection is requested after dispatch.
