4. Investigation and Response

Upon receipt of a valid infringement notice, Nemi Shop LLC will promptly investigate the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

If applicable, the party who submitted the material may be notified and may have the opportunity to submit a counter-notice if they believe the content was removed in error, in accordance with DMCA procedures.

5. Repeat Infringers

Users, sellers, or partners who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights may be subject to:

• Termination of accounts
• Denial of access to future services
• Additional legal action where appropriate

6. False Claims Warning

Submitting false or misleading infringement claims may result in legal liability, including damages, court costs, and attorney’s fees. We encourage all rights holders to submit claims in good faith only.
