Order Exchanges

  • If changes are needed, the best option is to cancel the order within 24 hours and place a new order with the correct details.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Approved cancellations within this window will receive a full refund at no additional cost.
  • After 24 hours, orders are sent to production and cannot be canceled, as items are made to order.

Returns & Refunds Eligibility

Our return and refund policy remains valid for 180 days from the delivery date. Refunds are considered under the following conditions:
