Shopping Information

How do I find a product? Use the search bar at the top of any page, or browse products by category through our main menu. Can I save items for later? Yes. Click Add to Wishlist on any product page. Your saved items can be accessed anytime under My Account › Wishlist. How do I know if an item is in stock? In stock: An Add to Cart button will be visible. Out of stock: You’ll see a notification and can sign up to receive an email when the item becomes available again. Can I check out as a guest? Absolutely. Guest checkout requires only your shipping and payment details. Creating an account allows you to:
  • Track your orders
  • Save multiple shipping addresses
  • Access member-only promotions

Payment Information

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and major debit cards. Is my payment secure? Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant payment systems to ensure your information is fully protected. Can I use a coupon or discount code? Yes. Enter your code in the Coupon / Gift Card field at checkout and click Apply. What happens if my payment fails? You’ll see an on-screen error and receive an email notification. Shipping & Delivery

Which carriers do you use? We ship orders using USPS, DHL, EMS, and trusted local postal services. When are orders processed? Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. postal holidays. What is your order cut-off time? Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. How long does delivery take?
  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days handling + 5–15 business days transit
  • Fast Delivery: 1–3 business days handling + 5–10 business days transit
Do you ship everywhere in the United States? We ship only within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? Eligible items may be returned within 180 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original condition. How do I start a return?

  • Include your order number, full name, reason for return, and photos if applicable
  • We’ll send you return instructions and the approved return address
Who pays for return shipping? Return cost is $0.00. We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Can I exchange an item? Yes. One free size or color exchange is available per order. Once the original item is on its way back, we’ll ship your replacement.

Refunds

How do refunds work?
  • Orders canceled within 24 hours receive a full refund
  • Approved returns are refunded within 2 business days after receipt
  • Refunds include the product price and original shipping fee
When will I receive my refund? After processing, refunds typically appear within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
