Agreement to Our Legal Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between Nemi Shop LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“you”). They govern your access to and use of our website and any related services, features, or content (collectively, the “Services”).

9. Pricing, Orders & Availability

Product prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where applicable.

10. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping, return, and refund terms are governed by our separate policies. In the event of a conflict, the applicable policy page controls.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim or USD $100, whichever is greater.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
